567: Installing O-Generator Learning To Compose on Mac OS 10.5 Leopard
When installing O-Generator Learning to Compose on Mac OS 10.5 Leopard you will find that the installer quits during the installation, probably with an error message.
This is because the installer was created quite a while before Leopard was available.
To install O-Generator on Leopard you need to do the following:
- Right-click (or control-click if using a single mouse button) on the Install O-Generator file and choose Show Package Contents. This opens a new Window showing a Contents folder.
- Double-click on the Contents folder to open it and then double-click on Resources and then the Installer Items folder.
- Then drag the O-GENERATOR - LEARN TO COMPOSE folder to your Applications folder.
- The file will then be copied - when this has finished you can open the O-GENERATOR - LEARN TO COMPOSE folder from Applications and run the O-Generator-LTC.osx file to start O-Generator.
