I tried opening Sib today from my Link on my desktop and it said my laptop had the license. Are we not allowed 2 computers per license anymore?

Ever since December 2021, the default method of activation has been via Cloud Licensing, where an unlimited number of computers can have Sibelius installed, but only one computer can be activated per licence.
https://www.avid.com/resource-center/sibelius-cloud-licensing

Cloud Licensing makes it easy to transfer that activation from one computer to another, provided that the computer that needs to be activated is connected to the internet.
