Add Cue Notes (Category Notes and Rests, Version 01.31.10)
* Added descriptions of using the Paste As Cue Preferences to control the octave of cues

cmdutils (Category Developers' Tools, Version 01.49.94)
* Added Select_None_cu command to clear the selection.

Execute Commands (Category Developers' Tools, version 01.81.46)
* If cmdutils is installed, its version number is now shown in the title bar of the Execute Commands Dialog.
