I have been away from my desktop computer for a fortnight and using Sibelius on my laptop.

On my return the following happens: the loading of Sibelius is interrupted by a Welcome to Sibelius, Active Licence panel - as if I'm a new user. I click on activate and another window appears saying 'we notice that you do not have an active licence'. When I go into my Avid account all the details are correct and the licence is active. I cannot load Sibelius (version 2023.5.1).
I had a similar experience a while ago, though in that instance I was able to use Sibelius for 48 hours. The solution on that occasion was to update the Avid Link. I have done that again now, but it makes no difference.

Guidance much appreciated.
