mouse wheel zoom malfunction

I use the wheel on my mouse constantly to zoom in and out (by selecting something in the score, holding down Ctrl. and scrolling). Lately this simply stops working and I have to close and restart Sibelius. Then it works again for a short time before failing again. This happens even if I use a different mouse. (This zoom function never fails on other applications.) I know I can zoom using the built-in slider on the lower right of the screen but that really slows me down. Any advice? Thanks! Ben

What's your specs? Sib version, OS version, Mouse?

Thanks for responding, Justin. I have Sibelius Ultimate and Windows 11. I have two kinds of mice (sp?), both plug in via USB cables. My old mouse is a Dell. When this problem cropped up I bought a new mouse (a "razer VIPER MINI") hoping it would clear up the issue but the problem persists. The weird thing is that the Zoom function only stops working within Sibelius. Both mice work fine in other apps on my computer.

Do you use multiple monitors? I've encountered this very occasionally when switching between apps on a different monitor and the scroll gets gorked.

I'll get it logged and we'll see if we can track it down.
