Wondering if there's a "Bob plugin" or integrated command in Sibelius that would paste more than just notes and signs relevant to those notes ? A sort of "paste special" that gives more copy and paste choices. Like for example, pasting measures having different time signatures with first and second endings ?

I did do some research but got zilch. Maybe I'm not looking at the right place ? I did find "multicopying" in the manual, but that doesn't seem to be what Im looking for. Thanks.

Pasting a system selection will do what you ask for, but you will get the entire system, not just one instrument.

In a normal passage selection, the intention of paste is just to copy the bar objects, such and notes and text, and have them flow into the available bars. As Laurence said, copying a system passage selection will insert the bars/systems with all system objects included when you paste.
