How to get Mark Tree glissando sound?

I’m new to Sibelius, writing my first piece. I notice that I can’t hear anything with Mark Tree’s glissando, even just one single sound, total silence, same issue with Koto instrument’s glissando. Could anyone help please? Thank you in advance.

I always use glockenspiel to fake bell tree or Mark chimes.

You'll only get a sound if the sound library you are using has the sound included. Just because its name appears in Sibelius' list of instruments doesn't actually mean there is one there. It just means that, if you get a library with that sound in it, you can assign an instrument to it.

There is a sound for mark tree in NP, but you can't hear it, even at fortissi-blastimo. See attached. The instrument change and voice 2 glock notes can be hidden.
