I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask or if I need to ask this on the Avid community forum, but I need help.

I have a 1-year license subscription that was suppose to renew this month again but it didn't work. I tried manually but then it failed and gave me the message "Activation failed: 101 Activation is failed. This license is expired".

What am I suppose to do? Is there a way to get this fixed? Do I need a new activation ID or something?

There is nothing that can be done to help on forums. You need to submit an online case to Avid Support.
