I had my school purchase Ultimate this week. My finance secretary made the purchase. I installed the software on my machine, but it won't let me activate. There is an activation time out every time I try.
I tried calling avid, and I give the System ID, which has a year of support, and the bot says it's not valid and hangs up. I just cant get to an actual person to help me! The licence is valid up until September 2022, and now I'm at a loss because I'm just hitting roadblocks everywhere.
I can't activate my software and I can't get a hold of anyone in support since it's telling me my codes aren't active when on the website it literally says active. Someone please help me because I just flat out don't know what to do now.

Possibly you are trying to activate online, on a school network which is firewalled to deliberately prevent the sort of access you need to perform a Sibelius activation.

If you DID get through to Avid on the phone, I suspect the system was asking for an Avid Support Code. Which is something else, and irrelevant to this issue.
