I failed to update Avid Link. I try to install the latest verison of Avid Link (21.6.1_win). After I click "next" at the first page of InstallShield Wizard, it occurs that "Error 1324. The path Sound Ideas ?royalty-free music.ico contains an invalid character." and then the wizard was interrupted. A possible reason is I install the Sibelius Ultimate in drive E rather than C. How to fix it and update my Avid Link?

This happens because of a Windows setting. It happens because the "system locale" for non-Unicode applications is configured to be "Chinese".
