Hi. I'm enjoying learning to get around in the Sibelius app but cannot figure out how to modify a note already placed. Am I able to select it and then modify it?

The answer is probably "yes", but what do you mean by "modify"?
Have you read the "Sibelius Reference Guide" on the iPad?

Those changes are easily achieved, using the on-screen Numpad, particularly the new Pitch Correction feature on the Numpad.

Details are in the "Sibelius Reference Guide", available in the "..." menu.

Got it. The hard part was understanding that it's your finger, not your apple pencil, that selects. From there, it's pretty easy.
