Using fonts "out" of Sibelius

Can anybody tell me if there is a way to use symbols like rests (for exemple in font Helsinki) in a text application (Office or Numbers...)

Thank you!

If the fonts aare installed in the OS, they should be available in Word. I use character map to insert the characters I want from the fonts I use.

Rather than using the symbol fonts of Sibelius, it would probably be better to use fonts designed with metrics suitable for including in text, such as "MusGlyphs" or "Bravura Text" (not plain "Bravura").
