Using the Screenpad on ASUS ZenBook Pro15 with Sibelius

I recently bought an ASUS ZenBook Pro15 and very much like it; however, I cannot seem to get the Numberpad on the Screenpad to work in Sibelius (in regular laptop mode) even though it works in every other app in which I have tried it (LibreOffice Write and Calc, the Calculator app). I know this is a long shot, but is anyone else using the ASUS with the Screenpad and getting it to work? Thank you.
