Is it possible in Sibelius 6.2 to use different Time Signatures on 2 different staves as shown in the Screenshot?

See the Sibelius 6 Reference section "2.33 Time signatures", sub-section "Multiple time signatures".

Still a work-around in 2021.n I think, but not undoable.

When barlines coincide and it's just a case of simple quadruple against compound quadruple it's not too laborious. Truly independent time signatures require a BIG kludge!
