Plugin Update: Harp Gliss and Octave Notes - category Harp

The plugin can now be run without generating octave notes, to serve as a convenient front end for calling HarpGlissPlayback and/or Line Between Notes.

I have updated Harp Gliss and Octave Notes to make the option to hide rests between the glissed notes available when octave notes are not shown.
