im unsing a brand nerw laptop....and i cant set the keyboard shortcuts in sibelius....its just not in my preferences anymore.....HELP!!!!!!

Keyboard Shortcuts are only available in "Sibelius Ultimate".
It sounds as if you have downgraded to a lower tier of Sibelius.

okay i get it! im having a hard time figuring out if i have ultimate or not....i have a perpetual lisence....not sure what that means.

The tier of Sibelius announces itself on the splash screen as Sibelius launches.

If the splash screen says "Sibelius Ultimate", then that is what you have.
If the splash screen says "Sibelius", then you do not have Sibelius Ultimate.

"Sibelius" and "Sibelius Ultimate" are identical applications: it is the activated licence credentials which determine which tier launches.
