I did the February update on Ultimate. Now I can't print. When I extract the parts to .pdf everything looks fine on the screen. When I print all I get are stems with no noteheads. See attached
My printer is working properly for everything else so there is obviously a problem with Sibelius.
There was no attachment. On this forum, attachments must be (a) of size less than 1 MByte; and (b) of filetypes .sib or .png only.
Is this on macOS or on Windows?
From which application are you printing when printing goes wrong?
If you are printing from Adobe Reader or Acrobat on macOS, then this is a known problem with Adobe products. Print your PDFs from Apple Preview instead.

I am printing on a Mac from Adobe/Acrobat. However I print other .pdf documents with no problems. Only when I try to print music. Not sure how to print from preview when the doc is saved as a .pdf Thank you anyway
In many cases, this problem can be solved (so that printing works from Adobe), by installing an updated printer driver from the printer manufacturer's support site, rather than using the default printer driver provided by the macOS.
