Is it possible to use the EastWest ComposerCloud subscription programme with Sibelius? Can't seem to find anything on their site about compatibility. Help/advice please.

Yes, but you'll need the appropriate soundsets to 'connect' Sibelius to the appropriate library which are available for purchase here:

http://www.soundsetproject.com/

They are not available for everything that EW ever released, but the symphonic libraries (Symphonic Orchestra, Hollywood Orchestra) are covered.
