I have been unable to obtain help from Avid for validating my copy of Sibelius 7 since September 2020 when Sibelius 7 ceased to work and demanded that I re-validate my copy. The Australian phone number 02 9420 3066 (internationally 61-2-9420-3066) gives a greeting message with instructions to press 2 for Sibelius but when I enter "2" on my iPhone it just repeats the same greeting message.

I tried going to Avid.com/license and was able to enter my System ID and my Activation ID but I did not know what to enter for the Device ID so I could not continue with the validation.

On November 14, 2011 I ordered Sibelius 7 and was given the an order reference and a Serial number

On February 13, 2012 I updated from version 7.03 to 7.1 and was given a System ID and an activation ID but I do not have a DEVICE ID recorded.

I need help to bring my copy of Sibelius 7.1 back to life.

Is this on macOS or on Windows?
What version number of operating system?
