Numerical Keypad dot command doesn't work here. All other buttons work. I have Italian keyboard set, but also changing with English one nothing changes...
any help?

This seems to be a known issue with Sibelius using the macOS Italian keyboard. I looked into it, but could not fix it by any method involving keyboard shortcuts for that particular key.

In the end, I added a keyboard shortcut for another spare key for the function:
Keypad (all) -> '.' on keypad.
