Apologies if this is listed elsewhere--couldn't find it.

Using v 2020.6, build 2711

Trying to export video-score; i see "export audio" progress window IN REAL TIME, then process fails/stops. Half the time (3 of 6 attempts) Sibelius crashes.

Further, now when trying to simply export audio (not video), it only progresses in real time.

Any thoughts/suggestions?

MacBook Pro 13", 2018
OS 10.15.5
2.33 Ghz Intel Core 2 Duo i5
16 GB 655 Mhz DDRS SDRAM
Intel Iris Plus Graphics 655 1536 MB

This issue is frequently reported, and no-one has a definitive solution.

In the past, some correlations have been identified between this problem and certain notations in the score, such as fermatas, but this is not a guaranteed cause-and-effect.

Sometimes it has been found that completely resetting Sibelius preferences (e.g. by trashing its .plist file) clears the issue until the next time it happens.

Thank you Robin. Trashing the .plist did the trick; generating audio is fine, and got a video created.
