Last Round of Update Payment Details Emails (Migration from Arvato to Digital River)

Hi all,

A message to those with an older Annual Subscription (that's paid monthly)

Last year, we switched the payment system we use to handle all payments on shop.avid.com, including subscription renewals. Due to legal requirements, the original company (Arvato) can't send your card payment details to the new company (Digital River). As such, your subscription renewal may fail during the next month.

Since the change, we've been trying to get in touch with everyone so they can update their payment details securely in their My Avid account. However, not everyone has done it, and if this isn't done before March 31st 2020, the subscription payment will not be taken and will result in your copy of Sibelius not being able to get the subscription license.

To check this, simply log into your account and you'll see a warning at the top of the screen asking you to update your billing details

You don't have to do this if:

* You've done this already

* You started a subscription recently

* You have a perpetual license and not a subscription
