Last 2 days Avid Link has told me there was 1 update available. When I open Avid Link, I see there is an update for Sibelius. I have version 2020.1 according to what is listed in Avid Link. When I click on the button to update, it tells me

Download error. Sibelius update failed. Update not found.

If Avid Link is unable to complete the download of a new installer for Sibelius, then you can always download the new installer for the new version yourself from your My Avid account at:
https://my.avid.com/products

Thanks. I went into my account and the latest version I see if 2020.1 and that is the version I have. So I don't know why I am getting the update link. Also my account is not expired. It runs until the middle of next year.

I would contact ingrid.guce@avid.com or one of the other helpful people on here who are avid staffers. Alternatively, open a case with avid support.
