hi all,

I need to register my Sibelius 4.1.5 on a new machine. To this end, I followed the steps suggested in this article:

and used the given link to submit a case request (case number 03907856) using the dedicated form. This was last Friday, still by now (4 days later) no response from the Sibelius support team.

My "15-day registration grace period" is slowly running out, so I hope it doesn't take much longer!

Do I have to buy an ASC ticket to get help on this?
Is there anyone/-where I can mail or call directly?
