Can anyone explain why garage band can see and receive information from my midi keyboard (Yamaha MOXF8 going through Presonus iTWO interface) but Sibelius can't see it, leaving me with no ability to enter notes via keyboard? Something I'm missing? How does one app recognize the setup just fine and the other is silent....?

Mac OS 10.12, Sibelius 8.4.2

You realize the Use box needs to be ticked? See attached screenshot.
