Logging onto myaccount on another computer doesn't work

Hi, I've purchased the education subscription for Sibelius for my daughter. I cannot sign in on her computer to download the software. Says it doesn't recognise email or password but works fine on my computer. I have tried logging out and closing windows, but still will not accept logon details.


I have not downloaded anything yet.

What application or web page are you trying to log into?

similar question I have:
Application Manager will not connect to Internet to download latest Update. The wheel just turns and turns.... Also when I try to access via Webpage it wants to direct me to my account but it keeps me out and asks me to enter user name etc. only to tell me that I allready exist.To my knowledge nothing has changed on my PC. But I am not a tech buff - so who knows..
