Plugin update: Filter Other(category Filter and Find)

The Filter Other plugin has just now been updated to filter notes with the new (as of 2020.1) note ties-into property, and both ties-into and tied notes can be filtered by tie style (solid, dotted, dashed) in that version (03.09.00) of the plugin.

These features are enabled only in Sibelius Ultimate 2020.1 or later, though the plugin will run fine in earlier Sib versions, just without access to these features.
