Hi,
It's been a long time since the last piece I wrote (like ... 10 years). I'd like to run my Sibelius 6.2.0 on my MacBook Pro with macOS High Sierra.
Is that possible?
If so, what do I need to do to make my version of Sibelius compatible with my Macbook?

Sibelius 6.2 will run under macOS High Sierra (but not under Catalina).

You will have difficulties with online activation: the work-around for that is to use the alternate method of activation "via another computer", which turns out in fact to mean "via a web browser", which can be on the same computer as Sibelius.
