F19 key

Dear all, using 2019.12 on Mac 10.13.6.

I have the F19 mapped to the "Articulations" keypad layout.

But for some reason, whenever I press F19, the Play function is invoked.

Would this have anything to do with the new accessibility functions? I can't find how to fix this, anywhere.

The first thing to try is to open Sibelius Preferences -> Keyboard Shortcuts, then simply click OK to close them again.

The second thing is to check whether Keyboard Shortcuts show your F19 mapping as present and not disabled.

The third thing is to investigate whether F19 is being intercepted by a macOS function, as many of the function keys are, by default.

Have you found a fix for this yet?
I just updated Sibelius to the 2020.1 version... no fix :(

My F19 key is executing the same command as you described above... I made a post called "F19 Key - Shortcut Mapping" if you want to read... it describes all the different "fixes" I have tried, with no success...
