As before, all Sibelius and Sibelius Ultimate users get access to the Lite editions of these applications, and Sibelius First users get the First edition. We have put into motion a project to update everyone's Lite and First installers of PhotoScore & NotateMe 2020 and AudioScore 2020, so stay tuned.
All those who have bought PhotoScore & NotateMe Ultimate and/or AudioScore Ultimate from July 1st 2019 will receive a complementary upgrade to PhotoScore & NotateMe 2020 and/or AudioScore 2020. This includes any future purchases of the old version sold on shop.avid.com (until we've updated the webstore pages). I totally agree with Laurence on this. Audioscore has been rubbish since its inception.

The Version Photoscore 2020 light is out now and can downloaded on my product page. But i get this error message: This page cannot be edited - either it was not fully read or was created using an earlier Version of Photoscore. (See screenshot)
Can you give me a help?
Do I understand right, the update to version 2020 is priced at 109 € ?
I downloaded the Demo and it does not recognise any Keypad presses of my computer keyboard. I have to use my mouse to click the onscreen Keypad.
This must be a bug, I guess.

Sibelius 2019.12 on Mac OSX 10.14.6
PhotoScore Ultimate 2018.7
I managed to process a couple of .pdfs over the first day or two of using PhotoScore Ultimate 2020, but had the same problem as kbundles in the following message, in that, on my iMac, it wouldn’t respond correctly to any of the keys on the number pad.
Then a couple of days later I also got this message about not being able to edit. This applied to new ,pdfs and to those I had done the previous days.
I have sent a message to Neuratron support regarding both these problems, but that was a couple of days before Christmas. I have had an acknowledgement from them, but I expect their office is closed for the holidays.
I have reverted to using PhotoScore Ultimate 2018 until it gets sorted.
Note I purchase PhotoScore directly from Neuratron.
To upgrade, i need the product ID of Photoscore light. But I can´t find it! I searched a lot! Not in the window above (please see screenshot) and not on Avis product page (my products). I don´t understand, why Avid give us not the upgraded download in the product page?
Where can i find the Product ID of Photoscore light?
You really shouldn't bother with AudioScore - it's a complete waste of disc space.
