Cannot reactivate Sibelius

Hi there,

After doing a basic restart of my computer, I'm locked out of Sibelius. I've been running it on this device for over a year with little to no issue.

When I first attempt to load it, I get the error "Sibelius has detected an issue with your product activation. Your copy of Sibelius now needs to be manually deactivated and reactivated."

So, I go into Avid Link, go to my Sibelius license, and select "deactivate". I then get the error "Failed Deactivation: 0 Deactivation OK. No record of this device was found."

I attempted to contact support, but of course, they're closed on the weekends. Please advise.
