Hello, I'm trying to activate sibelius to my PC

I already have it installed on my Macbook Pro

and it's saying total device count is exceeded.

What I believe is that I can have 2 activation at once.

I didn't "deactivate" my previous computers before formatting them so I believe the iMac 27 I used a few years back is taking up the device count which I don't have it anymore.

Would you be able to deactivate all the Sibelius systems I used so that I will have fresh 2 devices I could use.

We cannot help with activation/de-activation issues on this forum.
Submit a case at Avid Registration Support at:
http://avid.force.com/Support/RegistrationCaseCreation
Take the "Audio" route through the product selection menus.
