Beethoven 9th Symphony Sibelius File / Convert Musedata to Sibelius
Posted by Joe Martucci - 14 Aug 11:16PM
I need to get a Sibelius file for the 3rd Movement of Beethoven's 9th Symphony. Does anyone already have one they can send to me?

I found the Musedata file for it but I couldn't find how to convert that to .sib or .xml. If someone knows how to convert the Musedata that would be super helpful.

Thanks

You can use the MuseScore application to convert the file to MusicXML, and then import the MusicXML into Sibelius.

Either I underestimate the facilities of Musedata, or Robin is confusing Musedata with MuseScore. Understandable - I'd never heard of Musedata before either!

Here's a downloadable MuseScore version of Beethoven 9. A MusicXML version is offered. Or maybe you can do everything you need to do with it in MuseScore?
