Hit Hat not mapped Sibelius

Sibelius Ultimate Not working the mapping if the Hit Hat in the E field with cross and open Harmonic, simply it sounds as closed hit hat I have the file for you to check. I remember used this in previous version Sibelius and worked, maybe a bug in the latest version? I use Drum Set Rock and edit the mapping properly supposed check the file.

Here is the .sib file uploaded to my Google Drive so you can download it:

What could be the problem?

When you are working on a file, if you click the hi-hat note it will not play the open sound, but it will play it if you play the music normally.

Yes, you're right. I believe the reason is that there are two other cross-head (1) noteheads on E5 mapped to close hat. The harmonic articulation should work but it doesn't. What are you using for playback? If I move the open hat note up to G5 it plays ride cym. This can be changed on the drum map to open hat and plays that in the score.

PS. Mike is correct. Open cross-head on E5 does sound right in actual playback.

In general, articulations on notes do not work to select unpitched percussion sounds during note input or note editing. They only work during true playback.

Ok I will check, but like Adrian says, if you move to G5 I heard a ride sound.

Thank you so much

Anyone have an idea why in a Edit Instrument doesn’t appear the Drum Set (Rock)? When I wrote this topic I could se, because I made the mapping described in the first post, today I opened the .sib again to check and now when I go to map instruments I see other sets for Drums but not the Rock anymore? Any idea how to enable in the edit again? The strange is that the drums are mapped with the Drum Set (Rock), but I can”t map, because it doesn’t appear there, any idea?

Select your drum staff before going to Edit Instrument. If your drum staff accommodates Drum Set (Rock), Sib will take you there directly. If not change instrument on your drum staff to Drum Set (Rock). But, as already confirmed by Mike and verified by myself and Robin, your open hat is sounding correctly on playback, even tho' you don't hear this when poking.
