My only option for Sib is "OPEN". This happened the two times I've looked at Avid Link since I installed it. This can't be that hard.

Hi Richard,

Can you check you're logged into Avid Link? If you're not, it won't be able to check your account to know if you're eligible for the upgrade.

If you are logged in, simply log out and in again and it'll re-sync.
