It takes 5 to 10 minutes to load sounds.

Have you tried pulling down the Apple menu and selecting "Restart", and trying Sibelius again afterwards?
What version number of Sibelius Ultimate?
Are any error messages being seen? If so, quote them.
Please attach screen-shots of the following Sibelius dialogue windows:
1. "Playback Devices";
2. "Audio Engine Options"
