About keypad shortcuts

Is there a reasonable hope, in a future version of Sibelius (2025... 2030...?) to recover the possibility of setting shortcuts for the keypad?

I have tested assigning F14-F15-F16-F17-F18-F19 to the six keypad layouts, and they all work fine with recent versions of Sibelius.

You don't say what version of Sibelius you are using.

What version number is that? As it appears in ribbon tab File -> Help -> About Sibelius.

Please describe carefully and in full detail what is not working for you: keystroke by keystroke, mouse-click by mouse-click. Clearly, there is something in your Mac that is interfering with Sibelius.

Also on iMac here. Last Mojave and Sibelius Ultimate 2019.5. I also have a separate keypad and every key is assigned to a shortcut up to F17.

Hi again Claude
I also have a keyboard with a numeric keypad. But if I deactivate my separate keypad, all the shortcut keys assigned to it, transfer to the keypad on my computer keyboard and they all work the same.

But I don't have any separate keypad to desactivate. I tried lots of time to redefine my preferences, but nothing happened.
The shortcuts always worked for me untill last november (2018, nov or dec release).
I use Sibelius since 1.2 !!!

Please describe carefully and in full detail what is not working for you: keystroke by keystroke, mouse-click by mouse-click. Merely saying "shortcuts don't work" is not enough information.

Ok.
From years, I use the fonction keys F14 to F19 as shortcuts for the six differents keypads. I set these in the Preferences pannel (see pictures 01,02,03).
Since the end of november 2018, I can't use these fonction keys as shortcuts.
Pressing F14 give me this: picture 04
Pressing F15 give me this: picture 05
Pressing F16 give me this: picture 06
etc...

The short-cuts are defined incorrectly.

In "Tab or category", you must select "Keypad (all)";
then, in "Feature", you should select one of:
- Common notes (for F14)
- More notes (for F15)
- Beams/tremolos (for F16)
- Articulations (for F17)
- Jazz Articulations (for F18)
- Accidentals (for F19)
