Sib. 6.x: Problems in Sibelius 6 converting to PDF

I have had Sibelius for 8 or 9 years and never had a problem converting to pdf before. I have a mac air and when I press Control + P for print, I can usually then choose 'Save as PDF' as option on the dialog box. But in the last month the box goes off the bottom of the screen so I cannot see nor access 'Save as PDF' or even cancel for that matter.
Has anyone experienced anything similar? Any advice? I am not having this problem with Word docs or any other applications.

Can you attach a screen-shot which displays the issue?

Is this on macOS or on Windows?

The original MacBook Air has too small a screen to accommodate the dialogue that you have chosen. If you alter the dialogue choice from "Sibelius" to one of the others, such as "Layout", then the dialogue will be shorter, will fit completely in the screen, and the PDF button will become accessible.

Many thanks Robin, that worked. The strange thing is I didn't change the settings and never had this issue before. Hey ho.
