After a Windows 10 update yesterday (version 1809), I am unable to sign in to Avid Link or sync my account. On Avid Link, the Profile, Home, Lounges, and Marketplace icons give me “There has been an error message”. The Find Talent icon gives me “504 Gateway Time-out”. The Products icon says I am current at 2019.4 but before the Windows update, it had listed that Sibelius was not current and that there was a 2019.5 update available. I am also unable to log in to My Avid account (I get a “504 Gateway Time-out” error message which occurs on any computer I use). So, at the moment, I am unable to update from 2019.4 to 2019.5.

I had to restart my machine 3 times before this cleared itself up. (Incidentally, I also turned off my AV program temporarily and that seemed to help.

Thanks, Mike for your suggestion. Rebooting 3 times did help. Now I can sign in to my account. Still can't sync my account because that option is now greyed out in Avid Link (it wasn't before). Avid Link still does not indicate that an update is available (2019.5) as it did for me previously but at least I can now sign in to My Avid account and retrieve it from there.
