I installed 2019.4.1 and now the Avid Link home page shows a warning:

Important!
Avid Link Update Required
An outdated version of Avid Link has been detected
Please update using the Products tab (Or click here)

However, on the Products tab it shows

Installed: 2019.3 Current

Is there a newer version or is it just confused?

I suggest that you shut down and restart Windows, and see whether that settles Avid Link.
