Dear all,

When I try to run Sibelius, I keep getting the message that my 30 days' trial has expired, and I need to activate the program. I paid the monthly installment in early February. When I try to activate, I get the message "Activation failed: 101 subscription renewal error, entitlement returned not active in store, system ID....

Could anyone help about this?
