Hello,. Working on this arrangement of a Wes Montgomery tune. Not exactly finished yet and making changes. My question is, does the intro seem hard to read? Specifically measures 5-8.Wondering of there is a better way to notate that to make it easier for players to read

I'm wondering if this would be a bit more readable, and get the same result? Particularly considering the 'play crotchets short' convention in jazz scores.
