hi
I have a teacher in my school who owns her own copy of Ultimate. However, she joined the school license server yesterday and now she can't call up her 'own' license for use at home. Is there a way to redirect Sibelius to the home user key when away from school?

Please email me the license codes she's using so that we can check the multiseat license type she's using.

I've got the license info. I had to delete your recent post since it contains private licensing details. Next time, please email me at ingrid.guce@avid.com directly if you need us to check license information or if you have any concerns regarding licensing. In the meantime, we will be checking the code you have provided, is it possible for you to send hers or her school's email address through the email address i've provided? Thanks.
