I have been getting this message all day, off and on:

"License renewal Not Successful. Waiting for license data update, please do not reactivate your license."

What the heck am I supposed to do, then? Thanks.

This has not helped me, thanks anyway. I have had Sibelius since it was on floppy discs and I can't understand why something as simple as a remaining registration gets progressively more hindersome. What is my next step, please.

Open a case at Avid Registration Support:
http://avid.force.com/Support/RegistrationCaseCreation

There is absolutely nothing we can do on this forum to help you. You need Avid Registration Support to sort this out.
