How do I install Sibelius Sounds?

I have followed the directions several times with no change. The only sound set available is General MIDI.

Also, when Sibelius starts, I get a splash screen:

Audio Engine Error: bad settings.

How do I fix that?

I finally got the old computer configured properly, and the motherboard went bad. I'm trying to get everything up and running on the new machine (Windows 10).

Download from your My Avid account the 23 GByte Sibelius Sounds installer. The downloaded file will be a .ZIP archive. Right-click on its icon and select "Extract all". Inside the extracted folder of files, double-click the sounds installer.

I did exactly what the instructions said to do:

"Download from your My Avid account the 23 GByte Sibelius Sounds installer. The downloaded file will be a .ZIP archive. Right-click on its icon and select "Extract all". Inside the extracted folder of files, double-click the sounds installer."

I've done that several times, and Sibelius Sounds aren't available to Sibelius. I see the installation process progressing, counting off the 35 or so files. At the end of the process, it says the sounds were installed correctly.

The audio interface "Realtek ASIO" and Sibelius are incompatible with each other. Never select "Realtek ASIO". In "Audio Engine Options", select an interface labelled "(DS)" which drives the speakers through the Realtek High Definition Audio device. Then quit and re-launch Sibelius, and try again.
