Preload Sibelius Sound Set? Customize default workspace?

Can this be pre-loaded.
Now, I assign voices, press play, and wait(?)

Also, can items selected to 'View,' like Mixer/Transport/etc, open as default?

If you are using sib sounds, you will always have to wait for the sounds to load. However, you can select a configuration to load as default in File-Preferences->Playback.

If you don't want to wait, it's worth investing in NotePerformer as its sounds are much better and it loads almost instantly.

You need to use File->Preferences->Display and File->Preferences->Files to set custom views and custom size and position. Set up your panels where you want them and make sure they are all ticked in the View tabof the ribbon then use both custom setting options. The next time you open Sibliius you should find the same windows/Panels combination on screen.

The trouble is, when you open Sibelius it doesn't know WHAT score you are going to want to work on - it might be a piano solo, might be a full orchestra. So which samples should it load?
