The plug-in folder under the Review tab is missing. I need to check for parallel 5th and octaves.

On my 2018.7 in Windows 10 the folder is present, so it is at least not a universal problem. Which Sib version and OS are you using?

It might be worth trying to reboot your machine and try again.
