Sibelius Stopped printing to HP 8610 & 8710 printers

Sibelius 8.6 has been printing fine to both an HP8610 OfficeJet Pro and HP8710 OfficeJet Pro printers. Yesterday, it no longer prints to either. I installed an available HP8610 printer driver update. I installed the latest update to Sibelius version 8.6. Printing to HP printers still does not work. However, it prints fine to an Epson WF-2540 printer.

Any help is appreciated.

Please go to Windows Update and click "Check for updates", and then install every Windows Update pending. This problem was fixed by a Windows Update released on July 24th. You need to install it.

Applying the most recent windows updates fixed the problems. Thanks for your help.

I have the same problem, and have tried this solution by installing the cumulative update KB4343909, which should include the update mentioned: 24. juli 2018 – KB4340917.

My problem, however, remains. My printer is HP Officejet Pro 8620.

I hope someone can help. Meanwhile I use the pdf-printer, which works fine.

Please check:
(1) Settings -> Update & Security -> Windows Update -> click "Check for updates", and install everything that is waiting to be installed, until that page says "You're up to date";
(2) that you have restarted Windows after the last Windows Update was installed.
(3) check in "View update history" that all the updates installed successfully.

I´m sorry, but it still doesn´t work, after completing this checklist.
My computer is Microsoft Surface Pro (5). It works on my old Lenovo G560.
Should I uninstall updates, or wait for new ones? Or other possibilities?

Have you installed the drivers for the Officejet Pro by download from HP?

Yes, now I have reinstalled the printer software + updated printer firmware. Restarted computer and printer - unfortunately the problem persists.
