The time signature of this aria is 12/8 and it starts from bar 1 to bar 45. At the end of bar 45 it repeats from the bar 8 and finishes on the dotted quarter note of the bar 33. Therefore on the bar 33, there is a final double barline after this dotted quarter note separating the rest notes. I would like to ask for help to make the Sibelius play the correct repeats. Thank you.

Don't just plonk a barline in the middle of the bar. Use the Split Bar plugin to make it a 3/8 bar plus a 9/8 bar. There are options that can make it LOOK like a single bar.
