Yes, I know, but for some reason the screencast program doesn't recognize it. There is no information on the internet regarding this problem, however in Cubase this is a very known issue and the common claim is that Windows can't recognize the ASIO option. However, when I tried the other audio engines in Sibelius the latency is too high and I can't record the midi keyboard sound because of the delay.
The Cubase users solved the problem with an additional software that they use for this purpose, which is kind of an additional mixer that route the audio to the windows system. So my question is if there is a plugin or any other way to do that in Sibelius.
What is the current Sibelius Playback Configuration? If you have playback configured to be sent to a MIDI destination, then you will not be able to record the playback, because the playback does not exist in audio form.
Please attach screen-shots of the following Sibelius dialogue windows:
1. Playback Devices;
2. Audio Engine Options.

I attached the two screen shots. As I wrote,the Windows system doesn't recognize the ASIO audio engine, it does recognize the MME but then there is a delay in sound because of the latency and also the recording with the screen cast software is distorted.
Do you have an idea on how to solve this besides installing an additional (virtual) audio cable app as Bob has suggested?
Many thanks,

You are sending audio to a third-party ASIO interface. There is absolutely no hope that a screen-cast application can pick up such audio. Try using the audio interface "Primary Sound Driver (DS)".

I've tried them all. The best is Microsoft Sound mapper - MME but the latency is 69.66 ms so there is a little delay in sound.
If I have no choice I will use it...just hoped that there is an easy way to connect the audio to the Windows sound system without latency. By now I had no success in connecting an audio virtual mixer to Sibelius.
I don't know how well it works on Windows or with Sibelius but it works great on Linux for capturing the screen as well as internal and external audio. It's an apples and oranges comparison but worth a shot if you don't find anything else to your liking.
